I’m not usually one to make New Years resolutions.

Well.. I am, but I never keep them and figure it’s about time I stop setting myself up for failure right at the start of a potentially great year… that’s no way to start something anew. So instead I set realistic [yet still challenging] milestones for me to achieve along the way. This year [2014] my milestones include:

– Spend less money dining (and drinking) out.
– Finish our home renovation (fix our damaged landscaping).
– Establish and maintain a structured, healthy routine.
– Get outside more (play more golf, camping etc.)

… along with a few more ‘personal’ goals that are better not shared on the interwebs.

So, with that being said, here’s to the start of a fresh new year. 365 days of glorious goal-reaching ahead!
